Mattress Direct in Gulfport MS knowingly sells defective beds. You must purchase a mattress cover ($175) in order to receive the warranty. Their beds begin to concave after only a few months. The ridiculous task you have to perform in order to prove your bed is defective involves driving to their store, picking up a wooden block, 2 washers, and weed eater string. You must also completely dismantle your bed and take pictures. The block, washers and weed eater string has to be returned before your claim is submitted. Then you wait (weeks) for your warranty to be approved. Hopefully, if it's approved it doesn't "accidentally" get lost or deleted. If this happens, they'll have to resubmit your claim and you'll have to wait weeks again. If your warranty is again approved and they find that your bed is indeed defective, then you will be charged $80 for a delivery fee. Which is a fee that has already been paid and should not be charged over and over in the event you, again, receive another defective bed. I offered to pick my bed up from the store and was denied this option. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a more reputable company. You can confirm my claim and many others through complaints filed with BBB. Mattress Direct is a trash company.
